I have been working as a coach and trainer in the field of agile organizational development for twelve years. During this time, I have always experienced change processes and further development as both a systemic process within the organization and a deeply personal engagement for the individuals involved in these changes. It is always profoundly fulfilling for me to see people embrace change as a personal opportunity and grow through the process.
In my training as a systemic-transactional coach, I am learning about models and approaches that helped me grow - both personally and professionally. This personal growth has become the core of my work: supporting others in feeling more confident, independent, content, free, and connected.
I love people. This positive attitude toward myself and others forms the foundation of my actions. In Transactional Analysis, this is expressed with the phrase, “I’m okay, you’re okay.” While this phrase may sound simple, it holds immense depth. For me, it means accepting and respecting you as my client just as you are. This is reflected in how I listen closely and attentively in my counseling and coaching sessions. It creates trust and provides you with a solid foundation to discuss personal changes.
Even though many topics in my sessions are serious, humor is very important to me. The moment you and I share our first laugh is a particularly significant and often very liberating one.
In my work, your autonomy and personal responsibility are essential to me. I see myself as a catalyst who offers tools, provides information, and creates new perspectives through models and exercises. With the skills you develop, you will be empowered to shape your own change process. Only you can define your goals and decide when and how to take each step. You already possess all the resources needed for this. My role is to support you in unlocking your existing potential.
Born in Aachen, married, and a father of three sons. I currently reside in East Belgium. I hold a Master’s degree (M.A.) in Communication Studies, Psychology, and Biology from RWTH Aachen University. I am a transactional coach (in training) and hold several certifications in agile organizational development (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and others).
